Indian Head Massage uses essential elements of Ayurvedic bodywork and works with the physical, mental and emotional energies bringing them back into balance. Trained in traditional Indian massage (although a little more gentle than in India as it can be very vigorous!) working with "Marma Points" (vital points) and chakra balancing as well as all the other traditional bodywork strokes to add extra potency to the head massage.
Usually taking about 45 minutes, Indian Head Massage follows a very distinct sequence and incorporates the chest, neck and shoulders, as well as the whole head. You will be asked if you would like me to use oil or not for parts of the treatment.
Indian Head massage is practiced seated and clothed unless you would like the use of oils on your shoulders and chest.
