Introducing our first Autumn Holistic Holiday 2025. Due to the huge success of our spring offerings we are bringing one to you in September too! Held in a beautiful, peaceful Villa surrounded by nature in Eastern Algarve, Portugal.

The groups will be small so the holiday will have YOU at the very heart of it.
Our aim is to look after you beautifully from the minute you arrive in Portugal to dropping you back at the airport at the end of your trip. Think deliciously catered, daily treatments, morning rituals, swimming, trips to stunning spots and the opportunity to have the odd meal out! A proper luxurious holiday giving you the chance to relax and reset whilst being beautifully cared for by Bel and her team.
Seven day Holistic Holiday
Join us for 7 nights of pure relaxation and nurture (21-28 September 2025)
£2750 for large room with en suite facilities
£2050 for Shared room (bring a friend!) with en suite
Suggested flights with Ryanair from Exeter to Faro
Depart: 17:35 -20:10 (Sunday 21 September)
Return: 14:35 -17:10 (Sunday 28 September)
Payment plans will be available to spread the cost. This price includes two home made meals per day, a minimum of one treatment per day, transfer from the airport, excursions out, morning rituals, movement and wellbeing workshops.
Additional costs; return flights (currently around £200), and any meals out.

"An extraordinary thing happens when women gather! Bel has a unique ability to bring women together and surround us all in love and protection. First class body treatments were delivered with intuitive tenderness by Bel, Vera and Nat. Bel had hunted high and low for the perfect venue and hit the jackpot with this gorgeous farmhouse in its calm tranquil gardens. To top it all, we were fed like royalty by her superb private chef Helio. This was a magical healing week full of love and laughter. Thank you!"
"From the moment I arrived in Portugal I felt looked after with great communication and a car to pick me up from the Airport. When arriving at the Villa I was stunned at how beautiful it is with lots of character and gorgeous grounds to get lost in nature. My room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean.
On the very first day I had a treatment and this continued daily, each treatment was individual and so very indulgent. The days were planned out at a perfect pace giving time to relax, explore, socialise, eat or simply have some time alone alongside scheduled activities such as Morning Rituals, Yoga or Masterclasses. Everything on offer was optional but I didn’t want to miss out on a thing and enjoyed every moment.

"There was a warmth that felt like a big hug from the moment I arrived to the minute I left. Bel and Nathalie were amazing hosts and the other ladies on the retreat were all really lovely, all the other people that contributed to the week from the Yoga teacher to the Chef were absolutely top of their craft. I have to mention the food because it was amazing! Everything was made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients, catering to many different dietary needs as required and every single mouthful as delicious as the last. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wanting to get away from it all, in fact I am ready to book again for next year!"
